What tour.com is
tour.com is a prototype that compares tours across travel providers side by side. It's provided as-is, for evaluation — expect rough edges.
Booking
When you tap a booking link, you leave tour.com and complete your purchase on the provider's site (Klook, Tiqets, KKday, WeGoTrip, Welcome Pickups, or others). Your contract is with the provider, not with us. Prices, availability, cancellation terms, and refunds are theirs. We may earn a commission when you book through our links — it never changes what you pay.
Your account
Signing in with Google lets you sync saved tours and trips across devices. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can delete your tour.com account — and everything saved under it — at any time from the account menu.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to break in, no using the site to mislead others. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
No warranties
Tour information comes from third-party providers and can be wrong, stale, or missing. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular trip. Plan accordingly — and confirm the important stuff on the provider's site before you pay.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, tour.com isn't liable for anything that happens on a provider's site or on your trip. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, since the site is free, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms as the prototype evolves. Significant changes will be noted here with a new date.
